§ 1 Admission
- Access to the event or club premises is only permitted with a valid ticket or accreditation.
- By entering the event premises, the visitor acknowledges and accepts the house rules.
- There is no entitlement to enter the event area, especially if security staff or the police determine that it is overcrowded.
§ 2 Entrance Control
- The security staff appointed by the organiser is authorised to search visitors – including with technical aids – for prohibited items and to confiscate them if necessary.
§ 3 Conduct in the Event Area
- All visitors must behave in the event area in a manner that does not cause harm, endanger, obstruct, or unduly disturb others beyond what is unavoidable under the circumstances.
- Visitors must follow the instructions of security staff, the organiser’s employees, other authorised personnel, as well as the police, fire brigade, and emergency or medical services. This also applies to instructions given via loudspeakers or electronic display boards.
- Access to the premises is only permitted through the designated entrances. All access points must remain unobstructed. Without prejudice to this house rule, additional orders may be issued on a case-by-case basis to prevent or eliminate dangers to life, health, or property. Instructions issued by the police or security personnel for this purpose must be followed.
§ 4 Prohibitions
- Visitors are prohibited from carrying the following items:
1.1. Alcoholic beverages of all kinds, high-proof spirits, alcopops, and drugs.
1.2. Bottles, cups, jugs, or cans made from glass, fragile, prone to shattering, or composed of particularly hard material.
1.3. Weapons, pressurised gas cylinders, corrosive or staining substances, or other objects that by their nature are capable of injuring persons or damaging property.
1.4. Bulky items. In particular, this includes items that, due to their nature, pose a danger to the health of other visitors, or items which, if misused, could result in such danger.
1.5. Animals are not permitted on the premises. - The following are prohibited:
2.1. Bets of any kind.
2.2. Political demonstrations, propaganda, and any related activities of any kind.
2.3. The use or distribution of racist, xenophobic, or anti-constitutional slogans or symbols, or expressing a right-wing extremist stance through gestures, is prohibited. In case of violations, the organiser reserves the right to confiscate items used for such purposes and remove the individuals from the premises.
§ 5 Violations
- Persons who violate the house rules or fail to follow the instructions and orders of security personnel, employees of the organiser, or other individuals appointed by the organiser, as well as the police, fire department, and emergency or medical services, or who are clearly under the influence of intoxicating substances, may be prevented by security personnel or the police from entering the event area or be removed from it. The organiser and the security personnel reserve the right to file a criminal complaint for trespassing in such cases.
- In the case of serious or repeated violations, a ban from the premises may be imposed for the remainder of the event.
§ 6 Liability
- The organiser is only liable for damages arising from the breach of contractual or non-contractual obligations, particularly from unlawful acts, in cases of intent or gross negligence. The above limitation of liability does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
- The above limitation of liability applies equally to the organiser's agents and vicarious agents.
- A shift in the burden of proof to the disadvantage of the event visitor is not associated with the above provisions.
- Injured or affected individuals must contact the organiser immediately and report the injuries/damages.
§ 7 Final provisions
- This venue rule comes into effect on 2nd June 2025 at 07:00 and remains valid until 29th June 2025 at 23:59.
- The venue rules will be made known through notices posted at the entrance of the event premises.
