Here you will find answers to your questions concerning the BERLIN TENNIS OPEN.
Tickets & entry
As a rule, event tickets are excluded from the fourteen-day cancellation and refund policy. During the purchase process, our General Terms and Conditions expressly inform you on the binding nature of the purchase.
Our tickets are not personalised. Therefore, they can be transferred to another person.
Lost tickets cannot be reimbursed.
Yes, there is a box office on-site. Please note that availability of tickets is not guaranteed.
Yes, you can leave the tournament grounds and come back at a later date. When you leave the tournament grounds, you will receive a wristband that allows you to re-enter the tournament grounds and the Steffi Graf Stadium.
Children up to the age of 6 years are free of charge. Please note that the child is not entitled to a seat.
You can take your child (up to and including the age of 6 years) to your seat.
School children and students will receive a discount of 20% upon showing their ID.
People with disabilities (with a disability level of 50 or higher) and wheelchair users shall receive a discount of 50% upon showing their ID. Companions of people with disabilities with a 'B' on their ID shall also be entitled to a discount of 50%. Discounted tickets shall not be eligible for further discounts.
Is it possible to leave the tournament site with my ticket for the Steffi Graf Stadium and come back later? Yes, you can leave the tournament site and come back later. When leaving the tournament site you will receive a wristband enabling you re-entry onto the tournament site and into the Steffi Graf Stadium.
Credit card: Online payment via credit card by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners or JCB.
PayPal: Online payment via a PayPal account. Your PayPal account data will be required. With PayPal Express, your personal data is directly retrieved from the PayPal account, which considerably shortens the ordering process.
ApplePay: Online payment via Apple Pay - the payment function for Apple smart phone users. Apple Pay can be used to pay by touch ID on iPhone, iPad, Apple watch and MAC devices.
Unfortunately, purchase on account is not possible.
transportation & ACCESS
No, the tournament ticket does not include a ticket for the local public transport.
We recommend travelling by public transport (the BVG (Berlin Transport Service) ticket is NOT included). The S-Bahn station Grunewald and the bus stop Hagenplatz are within walking distance. The way to the site is sign posted. There are no parking spaces available on-site.

Opening hours
Our opening hours are from 16 to 20 June from 10:30 a.m. and on 21 and 22 June from 11:00 a.m.
Our VIP lounges are open daily from 11:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.
